Fried spring roll (Pow Pia Tord)

Ingredients

2-3 wheat flour paper wrappers

2-3 pieces chopped garlic

50 g. minced chicken

1 piece minced tofu 1-2 stalk garlic chives

50 g. glass noodles

1 tsp. pickle radish

½ cup bean sprouts
1 cup cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot

1 cup sliced baby corn

1 egg (for wrapping)

2-3 cups cooking oil for deep frying

2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 cup water

 

Seasoning
1 tsp. palm sugar
1/2 tbsp. Seasoning Soy Sauce
3 tsp. oyster sauce

1 tsp. black pepper

Instructions
1. Fry garlic in hot oil over low heat until fragrant. Add minced chicken and

tofu. Cook for about 1 minute

  1. Add sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix together and turn up the after heat to high. Then add glass noodles and a small amount of water
  2. Add vegetables then cook until done
  3. Divide into portions that suit easy wrapping and frying. Start wrapping using the steps shown below

5. Deep fry until light golden. Serve with sweet chili sauce or plum sauce
